REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 5 June 2026

This Refund Policy governs refunds related to the BOOMieY platform.

1. Platform Fees and Subscriptions

Refunds for platform subscriptions, fees, or services provided directly by BOOMieY are subject to eligibility requirements published within the BOOMieY Web Portal and related documentation.

Store Owners are responsible for reviewing the latest refund eligibility criteria before making purchases.

BOOMieY reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the eligibility requirements applicable at the time of purchase.

2. Merchant Eligibility

Certain BOOMieY services may only be eligible for refunds if the merchant account satisfies specific requirements displayed in the BOOMieY Web Portal.

These requirements may include, but are not limited to, transaction volume, account standing, account age, compliance status, and other operational criteria.

BOOMieY may modify such requirements at any time.

3. Purchases Between Customers and Merchants

BOOMieY acts solely as a technology platform that enables Customers and Merchants to connect, communicate, and conduct transactions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BOOMieY is not the seller, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or provider of products or services offered by Merchants through the Platform.

Each Merchant is independently responsible for:

Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, warranties, and after-sales obligations are determined and administered by the respective Merchant in accordance with the Merchant's policies and applicable law.

Customers should review the Merchant's policies before completing a purchase and should contact the Merchant directly regarding any refund, return, exchange, cancellation, warranty, or product-related issue.

BOOMieY is not responsible for:

Where permitted by law, BOOMieY has no obligation to investigate, mediate, resolve, or participate in disputes between Customers and Merchants.

However, BOOMieY reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review complaints, investigate potential policy violations, restrict Merchant accounts, suspend Platform access, or take other actions deemed necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its reputation.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that Customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Abuse of Refund Requests

BOOMieY reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or intended to circumvent platform policies.
